- Ann Frisch is Professor Emerita, University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. She continues to teach “On Becoming a Global Citizen” a course in the Global Education Master’s Certificate Program at UWO. She is a Public Member of the Wisconsin Freedom of Information Council. Her new career is as fund raiser and nonviolence trainer for Nonviolent Peaceforce, an international non partisan unarmed civilian peace keeping force. In April, she began a ten week assignment as peace keeper for NP in Guatemala.
